James
Sharp
|
| Having
only followed Falkirk from 2004, James Blunt was the
first numpty I came across. I believe it was
only Jason Lee that kept the spotlight off him
the previous season.

Neil
Scally
|
| Neil
Scally was a good first division player but was
just not good enough for the SPL. John 'Yogi' Hughes consistently
played him, week in, week out just to annoy the
fans and show them that he was the manager, not
them. Neil was a grafter and tried hard each
week but didn't have the skills for the higher
league and was definitely the worst player and the biggest numpty of
the season. |

John
Stewart
|
| John
Stewart was signed from Aberdeen at an
unbelievable price of £50,000. He had a
nightmare debut against Hibs and his
performances went from bad
to worse. John is very, very
lightweight and gets pushed off the ball easily. |

Kevin
McBride |
In
the first half of the season, it was
hard to pick a numpty as everyone
played well until the January transfer
window, when we signed Kevin McBride.
He played every game after he signed
and the team started a poor run of
form. Kevin always wants the ball but
does nothing with it and all of his
passes go backwards. He's one of the
players I don't want to see on the
teamsheet and that's why he's my
numpty of the year.
EDITED: What a start to season
08-09,he's a different player,
fantastic performances. |
