Brian Allison is a highly rated young defender who joined from Royston Boys Club from Edinburgh in 2003. He made his debut against Motherwell in season 06-07.  After many years of being in the Falkirk academy, Brian has finally got his chance in the first team. He has been capped at Under 17 level for Scotland and was one of John Hughes first youth signings. He is known at the club as "Bloo"

In season 2007-08 he had a spell on loan to Stirling Albion and won a few plaudits for his performances. His loan spell was cut short when he broke a bone i
n his foot at training.
